By accessing and using PinPoint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the application immediately. Your continued use of PinPoint constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
Use of the Platform
PinPoint is a tourism navigation platform designed specifically for the 3rd District of Laguna, Philippines. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the platform.
Prohibited activities include misrepresenting your identity, posting false reviews, scraping platform data, or using PinPoint for any commercial purpose without written consent.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
PinPoint reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.
Content
Reviews, ratings, and content you submit through PinPoint must be truthful, accurate, and respectful. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant PinPoint a non-exclusive license to display and use that content within the platform.
PinPoint reserves the right to remove content that violates community standards, contains offensive material, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.
Itineraries & Routes
Route estimations, travel times, and fare calculations provided by PinPoint are approximations only and should not be solely relied upon for travel planning. Actual conditions may vary based on traffic, weather, road closures, and other factors beyond our control.
PinPoint is not liable for any inaccuracies in travel time, distance, cost estimates, or route directions. Always verify critical travel information with local authorities before your trip.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, logos, design elements, and destination data are the property of PinPoint and the 3rd District of Laguna tourism office. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
PinPoint is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall PinPoint be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including inaccurate destination information or route data.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of PinPoint after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
